Full Time Unpaid Internship
Responsibilities Responsibilities Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
• Assist in reviewing content for regulatory compliance purposes
• Researching applicable law and preparing memorandums
• Assisting attorneys with structuring and negotiating programming acquisitions
• Evaluation of copyright, trademark and other intellectual property issues
• Assisting attorneys with rights clearance process for productions
• Assisting with regulatory matters and conducting applicable research
• Other responsibilities may be assigned and not all responsibilities listed may be assigned
Internships at NBCUniversal are paid and do not require course credit.

• In pursuit of a JD or JD/LLM degree at an accredited institution and able to provide documentation to confirm degree progress
• Must be fluent in English and Spanish or English and Portuguese
• Must present writing sample
• Must have completed at least one year of JD or JD/LLM program
• Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above (transcript must be provided)
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must have unrestricted authorization to work in the U.S.
without a visa or sponsorship
• Must be able to work on-site in Miami, FL
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Analytical Thinking
• Effective communication skills
• Organization skills

• Previous work experience in an office environment
• Previous internship experience in the entertainment industry and/or intellectual property related matters
• Coursework related to intellectual property and business ethics/corporate transactions
