Responsibilities DreamWorks Animation has an immediate opening for a Recruiting Coordinator at our Glendale, CA studio.
In this fast paced role, you will be responsible for the following:
• Work with Recruiters, Hiring Managers and Executives to schedule interviews as requested
• Heavy scheduling of on-site and video conference interviews (both local and international candidates) using Google Calendar
• Greet and escort candidates during on site interviews
• Ensure a positive interview process for Candidates and Hiring Managers
• Communicate interview details to candidate, making certain they have all of the information necessary to be prepared for their interview (interview schedule, job description, detailed directions, advice on apparel, information about the logistics of the interviews, etc.)
• Act as first and primary point of contact on day-of-interview for both the candidate and Hiring Managers, professionally handing all scheduling changes and any other glitches that may occur
• Generate Offer Letters and send New Hire welcome emails
• Create/update candidate records, track submissions and maintain our Candidate database (BrassRing)
• Prepares and distributes agendas and documents for Recruiting Meetings, Resume and Reel Reviews
• Schedule travel, organizing of Recruiting events and attending job fairs/conventions as needed
• Assist with the maintenance of department files and create and maintain reports
• Handle special projects as required Qualifications/Requirements Basic Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree
• Minimum 2 years Administrative or Coordinator experience in Human Resources, Recruiting or in Entertainment with heavy scheduling experience

• Ability to understand and adapt to rapidly changing priorities and to prioritize accordingly
• Proficiency with Google Apps (Mail, Calendar, Docs, etc.), Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Adobe Photoshop, HTML and Wiki. Recruiting Applicant Tracking system experience a plus.
