Responsibilities
• Build relationships with hiring managers, Campus2Career counterparts and HR Business Partners
• Proactively source, screen, interview, slate and recommend candidates for open roles and effectively share talent across the portfolio
• Identify and implement sourcing strategies that will drive talent to open positions and create a robust pipeline at all levels inclusive of diversity
• Leverage high level communications skills with hiring team throughout the recruiting lifecycle to provide information on the recruitment market place, gain a better understanding of talent pool and to set realistic expectations
• Develop and execute recruitment strategy by sourcing passive candidates through name generation research, relationship building, complex internet searches, existing talent pool database searching, and research
• Identify, Plan, Manage and Attend internal and external networking events that will connect you directly with talent
• Facilitate coaching conversations with recent graduates and internal employees to prepare them for interviews
• Partner with Campus2Career Recruiters, Page Program and Early Career Recruiter to facilitate the introduction of recent graduates through mid-level professionals for current and future roles
• Partner with the Campus2Career team to participate in college/university information sessions and on-campus recruitment events
• Keep up-to-date with new recruiting methods; assist in developing consistent corporate recruiting strategy Qualifications/Requirements Basic Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree
• At least 2 years of related work experience in a search firm or corporate recruiting environment with proven experience with candidate pipelining
• Experience managing projects and owning client relationships
• Minimum 2 year of experience working with Microsoft office, Outlook, PowerPoint) and/or SAP

• Prior media industry experience is preferred
• Proven track record as a corporate recruiting coordinator, corporate recruiter or agency recruiter across a wide range of disciplines
• Familiarity with current sourcing techniques; strong research and candidate generation skills
• Ability to manage multiple searches at different points within the recruiting lifecycle across
multiple priorities
• Proactive and self-motivated
• Ability to generate a high volume/high quality pipeline of candidates under very tight timelines
• Exceptional planning, time management, communication, organization and interpersonal skills
• Must possess excellent analytical, trouble-shooting and problem-solving skills
• Strong public speaking, interpersonal, and assessment skills
• Individual should be a team player
• Possess outstanding organizational and multi-tasking skills
• Strong follow-up skills and ability to interact with management of all levels
• Proficient in applicant tracking systems, Recruiting Tools and Microsoft Office
