Integrated marketing will lead in the ideation and creation of strategic sales proposals, generating ideas and concepts to solve client goals. The Integrated Marketing Account Manager is responsible for providing pre-sales support to the sales team through guidance on campaigns through the full deal cycle. The primary objectives of this position includes: preparing detailed digital, mobile, event and social media pricing proposals for agency and client RFPs that communicate and execute Moguldom's creative marketing solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital advertising and social media, and will be able to work in a fast-paced, constantly evolving team environment.
About this position:
Lead in the creation of proposals for incoming RFPs by creating media plans to meet advertiser/agency and category objectives
Collaborate and brainstorm with sales and creative services in the creation of proactive and strategic proposals
Be an expert on all areas of Moguldom and be able to make recommendations on placements
Ensure media plans include accurate pricing and utilize approved products and available inventory and adhere to defined business processes to ensure optimal program performance
Enter media plan details into required agency proposal systems and templates
Ensure all approvals are acquired from relevant departments prior to sending out a proposal
Review new insertion orders - review contract terms and delivery/billing requirements.
Work closely with the Ad Operations team to ensure a smooth pass off from pre to post sale upon receiving insertion orders
Establish relationships with agency and advertiser partners
Respond to Sales requests about inventory, ad products, creative specifications, and research
Create Programmatic deals in Rubicon and/or AdX
Work with Integrated Marketing Project Manager and Ad Operations to monitor and optimize program performance and delivery - work with Ad Operations and other cross-functional teams to both resolve discrepancies and optimize toward best performance.
Develop a thorough understanding of internal tools (Basecamp, internal processes, etc.) and become an expert on Moguldom ad products and ad specifications.
Effectively communicate Moguldom products and offerings as they relate to client goals.
Review industry trades for new sites, innovative & creative ad units & technologies, and competitive information.
Create research knowledge base and assist with general ComScore and inquiries to support sales team.
Solve problems and make quick decisions independently
Qualifications:
3+ years digital sales planning experience with RFP budgets of 100K + or more is required
Robust media math skills and proficiency with numerical analysis is required
Familiarity with Rubicon Project, AdX, Krux, DoubleClick, Mediavisor/Atlas/Mediabank/iDesk is required
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required
A strong sense of ownership and self-initiative is required
Superior critical thinking skills: An ability to dissect the details and see the big picture is required
The ability to communicate effectively in oral and written formats is required
