PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Strong understanding of creative advertising/production elements.
Work closely with producers, editors, coordinators and other point persons of contact to determine status of jobs.
Understand status of jobs and determine when revenue should be recorded Review hours and budgets against projects/jobs.
Review batches before posting in various accounts.
Job tracking/Job profitability analysis (develop support schedules/reports to accurately reflect job performance).
Determine when expenses/revenues hit projects relative to work in progress report
Ensure that all invoices are billed and collected on a timely basis. Maintain positive and professional relationships with clients.
SKILLS NEED:
Previous experience in creative content and theatrical marketing is required.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, with the ability to clearly communicate issues to all levels of management. Exceptional organization and attention to detail is a must.
Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize workload in order to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
Familiarity with MAS 90 a plus.
Familiarity with File Maker Pro a plus.
COMPENSATION Depending on experience
ELIGIBILITY
Local Candidates ONLY.
Standard Office hours are 9:30 am to 6:30 pm. Must be able to work overtime on a as needed basis.
Must be willing to submit to a background investigation.
Must have legal authorization to work in the United States.
