Full Time Unpaid Internship
Support the Suite Services and Sales Staff.
Responsibilities

• Assist Suite Services staff in game operations
• Organize several experiences occurring each game
• Escort clients & guests to various promotions
• Ensure all mascot suite visits are on schedule
• Facilitate pre-game checklists
• Assist in the development and execution of new & existing special events
• Support Suite Sales Directors with sales initiatives and mailings
• Maintain inventory of Department supplies and gifts
• Provide other administrative support for the Suites Department as requested
Qualifications
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
• Exhibit ability to interact and communicate with high-level clients
• Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills and an ability to relate well with individuals of diverse backgrounds
• Acute attention to detail and high-level problem solving skills
• Experience working in customer service
• Must be responsible and reliable
• Ability to promptly evaluate situations and form sensible solutions
Education
and/or Experience
Candidates must be currently enrolled at an accredited college or university pursuing a Business Administration, Communications, Sports Marketing/Administration, Hospitality or Marketing degree
Computer Skills
To perform the job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft office software including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook, and Internet Explorer.
Work Hours
Mandatory pre-season customer service training (dates/times TBD). Candidates are expected to work all games in the season, with the exception of Opening Day. They may also be expected to work a small amount of office hours during the week. Must be able to work extended hours such as nights and weekends when necessary.
