Full-service, Los Angeles based talent agency seeking Assistant for the Television and Film Department.
Ideal candidates should possess superior organizational / communication skills, be detail-oriented, resourceful, have the ability to multi-task / shift priorities in response to varying demands, and be highly motivated to pursue a career in the entertainment industry.
Candidates should be comfortable using MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), InEntertainment, Breakdown Services, Casting Networks and other industry related software. Previous talent agency experience is a plus and a bachelor's degree is preferred.
Duties include:
-Assisting agents with all aspects of the agency business
-Coordinating / scheduling appointments & bookings for talent
-Rolling calls, scheduling appointments for agents, filing, faxing, and other general office duties
-Tracking down industry related material when needed
-Attending showcases and other scouting events
-Additional duties as assigned depending on experience level
