We have an entry level opportunity for a professional, self-motivated, responsible individual to join our team as Office Assistant/Receptionist. Aptitude and interest in brand oriented experiential/event marketing is required. If you are an energetic, confident individual with strong interpersonal skills, this position may be a good fit for you.
The ideal candidate is a highly organized multi-tasker that has the ability to work quickly toward goals and meet deadlines. We are looking for a perfectionist who takes personal pride in his/her work and executes assignments in a detail oriented and professional fashion.
Reception Duties:
•Responsible for screening and handling incoming and outgoing calls professional
•Greeting guests
•Assisting with office tasks
•Ordering & organizing office supplies
•Keeping the kitchen stocked, clean and organized
•Running errands and performing miscellaneous duties and projects as assigned
•Maintaining and updating contact lists, various files, records, indexes and logs
•Performing and coordinating a broad range of our office's administrative duties--storing, organizing, and integrating information for dissemination to our staff
Creative Responsibilities:
•Support the Digital + Social Producer in developing and executing comprehensive digital and social strategies and plans across client programs
•Create and curate regular social content for client, artist, and agency social media channels including but not limited to: Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and Snapchat
•Create images and written copy with the editorial ability to quickly adjust content tone and voice in order to adapt to multiple artist and client channels, as well as agency owned channels
•Track, report, and analyze digital and social campaigns against business goals, objectives, and key performance indicators
•Stay up to date on industry trends, learning and bringing new platforms and ideas to light for the agency. Conduct artist and trend research on an as-needed basis
Hours:
The Receptionist/Creative Assistant will be an afternoon position with hours of 2pm to 6:30pm.
Job Requirements:
•Bachelor's degree
•Software Proficiencies: Microsoft Office Suite (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Outlook, Keynote, InDesign, Adobe)
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills
•Copy writing skills are a plus, but must have a creative mind and interest in writing digital/social copy
•Familiarity working with calendar system/project management systems
•Must have the ability to communicate effectively and tactfully with persons on all levels, in person and on the telephone
•Must have the ability to pay close attention to detail and understand written and oral instructions
•Must have the ability to prioritize, organize and schedule work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
•Must have problem solving skills
•Must have the ability to research, distill and communicate pertinent information on assigned tasks
•Demonstrates strong knowledge and thorough understanding of digital landscape and social media platforms (i.e., Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Snapchat, Instagram, etc.)
•Works well under pressure and can meet tight deadlines with a strong sense of accountability and follow-through
•Work with comprehensive project management system
