Intern required for a manager/producer Marilyn Atlas and Associate Elizabeth Lopez in LA. We are a small management company that represents actors and writers and are looking for a part-time intern to work 16-20 hours a week for four months. We are flexible on days and time (although the office does not open until 10:15 a.m.)
The environment is fast-paced. We are looking for someone who is a great multi-tasker, organized, detail oriented, good at following directions, and knows how to write script coverage. He/she also must have good technical and communication skills. At times, he/she will be a liaison for agents, casting directors, and producers. This is a great learning environment.
LEARNING OBJECTIVES:
A basic understanding of how the industry works on a day-to-day basis. Contact with agents, producers, casting directors production companies. Access to reading material, television/film books and ability to see contracts and agreements. Ability to attend and sit in on potential client and development meetings.
