We create holy shit visual stories for the world's top brands.
You are an extremely organized, proactive, thorough individual who takes initiative and is relentless in your pursuit to solve problems and accomplish all tasks. You are a content shooter who has a great eye as well as technical knowledge of cameras. You understand the post-production process, especially footage ingestion and organized editorial, project setup. A large part of your day-to-day responsibilities will entail a high degree of organization and attention to detail, communicating coordination, and honing your skills. Experience in commercial work and client relations is a plus.
You should be looking for an entry-level opportunity to grow in content and production. The right person will have ambitions of producing content and is eager and excited to support a diverse range of artists in service of creating great work. You view this goal as a training ground for hard work, attention to detail and a mindset towards success. Must be willing to travel.
Your Responsibilities:
Organize content
Build temp edits in preparation for 'day of' deliveries on location
Media management/transcodes
Ability to research new gear, needed gear, and current gear to become proficient when needed
Build impromptu sets for product shoots
Find music tracks and stock footage for edits
Manage all in-house camera equipment
Production Assistant on set and in the office
Work across project types - TV, Digital, Social and Experiential
Put creative concerns above all else
Work with Creative Director, EP and Account team ensuring expectations of creativity is met
Make cool shit
Qualifications
Knowledge of various cameras, lenses, lens accessories for Lumix, Sony, Canon, and RED
Be able to work in run-and-gun situations
Experience with Premiere, AfterEffects (basic knowledge), Photoshop, Keynote, Excel/Google Docs, InDesign (a plus), Airtable (a plus)
Troubleshooting capabilities
Communication and organization skills
Utilize time management skills
