Diary management & co-ordination of meetings and calls as appropriate, being aware of any sensitive issues that require urgent attention or total confidentiality.
Provide support with ad hoc projects such as but not limited to market research, competitive research, presentation drafting and formatting, and other applicable initiatives, activities or required documentation.
Assist in team-meetings and arranging professional development opportunities for other team members.
Assist in all aspects of the work of an associated Foundation, philanthropic initiatives, Board positions & honors in education, the arts and beyond.
Oversee the co-ordination all aspects of the Label, catalogue and new releases, liaising with digital aggregators, physical distributors, media advisors, designers, video editors and marketing partners.
Support in the development, production and presentation of live events.
Create and oversee mailings, keeping lists secure, clean and accurate.
Update and develop artist's website and online initiatives.
Update social media and keep actively across the digital presence.
Implement an online and offline media strategy and digital promotion plan in collaboration with a retained specialist in the field.
Communicate all requests, proposals and general information from internal and external sources. Providing clear regular communication, confirming all activities, opportunities, priorities and actions.
Liaise with and co-ordinate team members to achieve goals. Provide feedback and ensure communication is pro-actively channeled in both directions.
Co-ordinate and create presentations, meeting notes, updates and dissemination of relevant information across the internal and external teams.
