Lionsgate is currently seeking a Sr. Manager, Marketing Technology & Transformation to report into the SVP, Digital Marketing for the Home Entertainment group.
Responsibilities:
Serve as the divisional project manager for all ad tech, martech, data and associated initiatives
Manage the day-to-day vetting and building of new technologies, tools, data sources and vendors from initial concept and RFP to SOW creation, budgeting/timetabling, legal review, training and launch to successful completion on time and on budget
Assist in the crafting of divisional and enterprise-level technical growth strategies, gap analyses, technical frameworks and adoption guidelines
Aid in the brainstorming, research and execution of how marketing data can be applied for broader corporate business needs
Support all phases of data collection (assessment - acquisition - implementation) for use in owned and operated databases and platforms
Manage the connection of data pipelines to appropriate media sources and channels, as applicable
Own media/website tagging, audience segmentation and the application of audience segments in media and marketing
Constantly audit tech workflows, structures, naming conventions and outputs to identify issues and product updates, make recommendations for improvements and ensure overall system health and performance
Capture and distribute status updates, insights and performance reports that increase awareness, adoption and support for division's martech and data marketing efforts
Help to establish clear, measurable objectives and KPI's for all initiatives and outputs -- and to support the evaluation of our performance against those standards
Help develop, plan and execute in-house seminars, trainings and educational events for staff at all levels to further companywide adoption of martech tools, reports and data
Help divisional leadership to craft case studies, reports, award submissions and presentations that spotlight the division's work in the industry
Spearhead competitive analyses, industry benchmarks and other methods of assessing divisional/company performance against key competitors and the marketing industry at large
Experience & Skills:
2-3 years' experience as a subject matter expert in martech, preferably with an eye toward developing and implementing cross-channel growth strategies, platforms and campaigns; identifying and harnessing complex data sources and structures; and converting insights into action with measurable ROI
3-5 years' experience in managing complex projects to completion, preferably for an ad tech firm, marketing/advertising agency, marketing consultancy or in a B2C company's marketing division
High proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Tableau, ad servers (preferably DCM), DSP's and DMP's (preferably Salesforce/Krux)
Certifications/coursework desired: Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Google Tag Manager Fundamentals, Database Marketing, Data Science, Customer Journey Mapping, Attribution
Experience onboarding and implementing marketing automation systems a plus
Experience in managing and optimizing website CMS platforms a plus (no coding or design experience required)
Experience with social media platform dashboards a plus
Familiarity and comfort working around data languages (R, Python, SQL) a plus
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, Engineering, Marketing Sciences or Marketing/Business
MBA in Marketing Sciences or Marketing/Business a plus
