Lionsgate is seeking an Assistant, International TV Sales. This position will provide administrative support to the President, International TV & Digital Distribution.
Responsibilities:
Handling phones and call sheets, scheduling meetings and conference calls, making travel arrangements, processing expense reports.
Additional responsibilities include updating databases, organizing and sending out mailings, tracking rights and windows for titles, running availability reports and acting as a liaison between various departments to ensure clients receive information in a timely manner.
Experience & Skills:
Must be a highly motivated self-starter who is extremely detail-oriented, hard-working and organized.
Ability to manage international schedules is required.
Ability to multi-task and meet constantly changing deadlines.
Excellent computer and interpersonal skills.
A college degree is required.
Fluency in a foreign language is a plus but not required.
