A mid-size, A-list talent management/production company located in West LA is seeking a highly qualified candidate to fill an assistant position to one of the company managers. We are looking for someone who is highly motivated and passionate about the industry. The candidate should be very organized, detail-oriented, upbeat and willing to go the extra mile. This position also includes reception and office managing responsibilities such as scheduling, general office upkeep, and administrative tasks. Duties include but are not limited to phones and rolling calls, scheduling, script coverage and submissions.
