JONESWORKS Account Coordinator, Talent
JONESWORKS is seeking a creative and organized public relations account coordinator to join our Talent Division in our New York City office.
Full Time Position
JONESWORKS, a full service public relations and brand consultancy representing an elite roster of talent, philanthropic and lifestyle brands, is currently seeking a strong Account Coordinator to support our talent division. Candidates should be energetic and creative self-starters who are highly organized and results driven.
Role & Responsibilities:
Develop and execute short-term and long-term communication plans and strategies to appropriately position clients in the marketplace
Maintain client clip books, reports, and media lists
Pitch media and secure high profile coverage for clients across national broadcast, print and digital media
Develop and manage timelines and weekly action plans to ensure all deadlines on client programs are met
Oversee and manage client appearances, events and press facing activations
Participate in new business process including research, proposal and pitch preparation
Qualifications:
1 + years working in PR or related field; agency experience or experience working on multiple clients preferred
Must display strong team leadership and willingness to work closely with and mentor direct reports
Detail oriented, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment
High-level relationships within the business, entertainment, lifestyle, fashion, beauty and general consumer media
Exceptional interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
Commitment and dedication to the agency's overall success
