Seeking friendly, personable, outgoing assistant at highly-respected, growing, talent management firm. Responsible for scheduling auditions, interviews, meetings with actors, casting, agents, publicists, attorneys, etc... Great opportunity for those individuals interested in pursuing a career in management, casting, agenting, producing, etc...

-Scheduling
-Resume layout / updates
-iMovie audition tape editing and upload
-Script coverage
-Coordinating with casting directors, agents, publicists, attorneys
Job Requirements: Candidate must have steady and upbeat personality, excellent verbal and written communication, cool under pressure, a passion for actors and the entertainment industry, as well as being thick skinned, thorough with salesmanship ability. Mac computer skills, Mac Mail, MS Word, Excel, ability to learn entertainment software programs (prefer IN Entertainment experience, but will teach), iMovie, Quark (preferred, but will teach) excellent phone manners, organizational skills, team player, multi-tasking, college degree. Knowledge of TV & Film a must! Prefer one year experience in entertainment industry but willing to meet others who are highly motivated to learn.
