Responsibilities:
-Answer and direct a high volume of calls
-Schedule meetings
-Be able to interact with various departments
-Effectively interact and communicate with all levels of employees and clients
-Handle pressure in a professional manner
-Excellent problem solver
-Ability to make sound decisions quickly; use practical approaches
-Ability to keep confidentiality
