SUMMARY
Hulu's Talent and Organization (TAO) team is seeking a Facilities Assistant reporting to the Facilities Lead in Santa Monica. Together with the Facilities Lead, you will ensure the 110K sq ft occupied by Hulu is servicing our Hulugans in the best way possible, plan and execute approaches to facilities issues that arise, and implement solutions where needed. As a Facilities Assistant at Hulu, you will serve as a key interface to our customers and will be responding to customer tickets in a service oriented manner aimed at ensuring the safety, security, comfort and productivity of Hulugans, Nulugans and Guests in the office. The right person for this role must have a positive demeanor as well as the ability to be an accountable team member with a willingness and comfort with meeting deadlines in an energetic work environment. WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Resolve all assigned in-coming tickets in line with Hulu's Service Level Standards (SLA)
• Oversee facilities tasks including but not limited to workstation seat relocations, small/large event setups, furniture and décor installation, etc.
• Maintain copy centers/printer areas and stock with ample office supplies along with communicating to Facilities Lead the office supply needs for replenishment based on inventory
• Partner with our IT department on newly hired team members' Workstation desk setups and clean ups
• Help with light maintenance tasks
• Submit building work order requests through property management's ticketing system
• Develop other office service plans as needed
• Proactively identify and handle facilities issues to ensure high functioning office space
• Assist in vendor coordination related to facilities services
• Cover for Facilities Lead and assist Day Porters when needed
WHAT TO BRING
• 2 years of experience in a customer-facing, service oriented role
• High school diploma
• Capable of lifting 50 pounds
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proven ability to proactively plan and collaborate
• Positive and solution oriented attitude
• MS Excel, MS Word, and Adobe Acrobat experience
• Proven ability to manage time efficiently with a demonstrated sense of urgency
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and be self-directed with minimal supervision
• Professional demeanor
NICE-TO-HAVES
• -Experience using ServiceNow Ticketing System
