Green Buzz Agency is a highly decorated award-winning video team (Emmy, Webby) dedicated to pushing the limits of the production process to create exceptional video content for well-known brands (Hilton Worldwide, Make-A-Wish Foundation, ACLU) and national media platforms (SYFY, HGTV, Upworthy). Those partnerships with national media platforms allow our work to be seen by millions of eyeballs on a consistent basis. You'll contribute your creative strength and technical savvy to wow our clients and their audiences.
We're looking for an intern with an interest in video development, writing, shooting, and editing. This GBA intern will have the opportunity to gain hands on experience not only in the production of original and client work, but also by crafting pitches and treatments for new projects, scouting talent to build series around, and helping research and execute new strategies within our business development framework. You'll be working with our start-up style Brooklyn team in the South Williamsburg WeWork, while utilizing the backing of our much larger DC headquarters. We're looking for an extremely dedicated, hard-working individual who wants to take on a large amount of diverse and exciting opportunities. This GBA intern will work closely and be mentored by our lead NYC creative, Zack Young.
Requirements:
Current undergraduate or graduate student interested in online video
Experience in video production required
Experience using Adobe software (ie: Premiere Pro) preferred
Ability to handle multiple tasks with autonomy
Ability to research independently
Ability to write analytically and insightfully while maintaining a colloquial style
Ability to communicate with corporate clients in a professional manner
Positive attitude and desire to work closely with a small team
Sense of humor
