By interviewing different designers, we aim to cover the stages of creating a board game including, but not limited to, concept, prototypes, playtesting, and as independent game designers, how some raise funds for the first print and launch their game to players all over the world.
Producer: Gin Yu
Director: Alex Hall, Gin Yu
Shoot Dates: Principal Photography takes place mostly on weekends during March and April. Additional dates for follow-up interviews TBD, but not required.
Shooting Location: In and around Chicago, IL
Crew Needs:
Seeking energetic and enthusiastic production intern for this intimate no-budget independent documentary. If you like board games, that's a plus. Name your favorite game when contacting us. You MUST be currently enrolled in school/college.
Duties include light research and production planning alongside producer. You will be mainly on location assisting production whenever possible. Duties may also include B-Camera Operation if you know how to operate one. The right person must be comfortable with multitasking. Please submit your reel or links to previous projects for consideration if you have them.
