Position: Vice President, Human Resources
Reporting to: CFO
Location: Santa Monica
You will be responsible for… (not limited to):
• Driving and managing all HR initiatives for all aspects of the organization including, organizational design and effectiveness, employee relations, performance engagement, recruiting, compensations, professional development, employee communication, legal compliance and health and welfare
• Providing HR leadership to executive team and GSN employees
• Providing both strategic direction and tactical execution for all related HR matters
• Partnering with business leaders on the key objectives and strategy for the organization and ensuring that the HR initiatives, processes and programs are aligned with those priorities
You must have…
• Have a track record of building collaborative partnerships with all levels of employees
• Have a history of implementing successful programs across the organization
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• The ability to multi-task effectively; well-organized and a self-starter
• Strong team orientation and interpersonal skills
• Results oriented and demonstrated track records of accomplishment and measurable business impact
• Excellent project management skills
• Strong interpersonal, problem solving, negotiating and analytical skills
• Willingness to embody our culture of being collaborative, a self-starter, competitive, passionate, bold, distinctive, innovative, creative and able to have fun!
Education Qualifications:
Required Minimum: Bachelor's degree
Preferred: Degree in area of Human Resources, Business or other related field
Experience Qualifications:
10 years of strategic and tactical HR leadership
Cable, broadcast, media and digital experience is desired
