Fullscreen Media is actively looking to hire a Customer Acquisition and Retention leader to drive membership for its flagship subscription video on demand service, fullscreen. You will work closely with our internal brand, product and programming teams to define, lead, and execute acquisition strategy, partner marketing and membership retention efforts.
You have a proven track record in managing the customer marketing lifecycle for a large eCommerce or digital media company and building a successful multi-channel conversion funnel. You will manage a substantial budget and direct an expert team that will drive value and results using qualitative and quantitative techniques. This highly visible and senior role reports to VP, Consumer Marketing.
Responsibilities:
Development and management of the company's member lifecycle marketing to onboard, retain, and engage customers
Oversee all performance media; including social media, search engine marketing, display and mobile marketing budgets and initiatives
Develop and execute an overall CRM strategy and communications plan leveraging push notifications, in-app experiences, email, social, etc.
Bring innovative customer acquisition concepts to market throughout the conversion funnel in coordination with the product and engineering groups
Develop strong working relationships with distribution partners and platforms
Work with business intelligence, product, and financial teams to define reporting, tracking and analyzing of all key customer KPIs and qualitative feedback
Deep dive into member segmentations, develop actionable cohorts, and conduct meaningful analysis for performance optimization
Effectively develop and retain a high performing marketing team; manage staff to successfully deliver on objectives and assist in establishing operational goals and execute against business plans that increase enterprise value
Qualifications:
6-10 years digital marketing experience across multiple facets of marketing, with a focus on consumer facing businesses with progressively increasing responsibilities, revenue achievements and team management
Strong background in social media marketing, search engine marketing, online display advertising / RTB, search engine marketing, affiliate, mobile and social media marketing
Deep analytical skills / problem solving skills with data-driven approach to customer acquisition
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; persuasive in presenting complex data and concepts to groups
Outstanding relationship-building skills with the ability to consistently demonstrate collaborative approach with various functional groups across Fullscreen
Well-formed knowledge and perspective on UX best practices
Experience in subscription-based business models, including trial, tiered and bundle offerings
Bachelor's degree, MBA a plus
