Full Time Job
The Legal Administrative Assistant will provide administrative support to head of Legal Affairs department including, but not limited to, communications (i.e., answering busy phones, drafting/sending correspondence, arranging mail, messenger and UPS/FedEx packages), scheduling meetings and conference calls, creating and circulating meeting agendas, managing and submitting expense reports, assisting with the preparation of legal and business documents, reports and charts, managing and administering extensive document filing system.
Responsibilities
• Support Head of LegalAffairs (heavy phones, scheduling, filing, expenses).
• Monitor, coordinate, and disseminate timely and confidential correspondence, legal documents and information.
• Interface between departments and coordinate meetings, etc. within the department.
Qualifications:
• BA. At least 2-3 years of experience assisting an executive at an entertainment industry company or law firm.
• Exceptional interpersonal/communication skills (both verbal and written) and highly professional demeanor.
• Superior grammar, editing, and proofing skills and an exceptional attention to detail.
• Must be able to multi-task and handle a heavy volume of work in an efficient manner, independently prioritize work assignments and solve problems in a resourceful manner.
• Must have excellent organizational and follow-through skills and a proven ability to take the initiative in keeping the office organized and efficient
• Must be able to maintain calm composure and exercise sound judgment in a fast moving environment.
• Very computer literate, comfortable with all computing functions and applications, especially Microsoft Office.
