Fox Networks Group is seeking a Coordinator for the Corporate Communications department. This position will support the department with keeping track of programming and product release schedules, conducting media research for news clippings, managing organization of publicity materials, assisting with operations/logistics for events, and proofreading documents. The Coordinator will also provide administrative support to the Senior Vice President to include scheduling, ordering office supplies, and department billing.
Responsibilities:
• Conduct media research for news clippings to create daily ''news highlights''.
• Manage the compilation of executive headshots; participate in awards/power list submissions; and assist with updating FOX Flash.
• Assist with the operations and logistics for events to include executive presentations, screenings, and conferences.
• Manage department's billings, resources, schedules, travel, office services and other activities; providing administrative support to the SVP.
• Proofread documents, help assemble necessary materials (bios, logos, boilerplates, etc.), and manage the FNG media list.
• Manage FNG Corporate Communications internship program in partnership with FNG HR.
Qualifications:
• Four year college degree required.
• 1-2 years experience in communications, journalism, public relations or the equivalent.
• Must have exceptional organizational, written, verbal and presentation skills and be able to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
• Must be proficient with all Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) programs; also use Adobe Acrobat, Writer and PhotoShop as well as current search tools.
• Must be able to operate a computer, scanner, and perform Internet searches.
