Are you a highly organized, business savvy manager looking to work in the digital media space? Would you love to fill your days surrounded by super talented people trying to change the very landscape of entertainment… and succeeding at it? Want to be working on shows that are viewed more than 200 million times a month around the world? Fine Brothers Entertainment (FBE) is looking for a talented, passionate, ambitious, biz dev/sales manager to help drive brand revenue through pitching and closing deals and execute projects cross functionally with internal teams to completion.
You will work closely with the SVP, Business Development. As part of a small team, you thrive on all aspects of getting the job done. Our ideal candidate has 3+ years experience in account management, digital media planning, branded entertainment, or brand partnerships at an agency, digital media company, MCN, digital publisher or entertainment company. The bottom line is you need to have a passion for making and executing video integration deals.
You will be responsible for managing the process of prospecting, closing and executing branded integration deals with potential partners. This requires someone with excellent verbal and written presentation skills, and the interpersonal skills necessary to feel confident and comfortable in a client interfacing role. In addition to being able to think creatively to craft client pitch decks and wrap decks, you should also be a pro at time management and meeting deadlines.
Additional required skills for this role includes:
Perform and execute full cycle business development from lead generation to closing deals
Aggressively prospect and pitch new business (client direct and digital agencies)
Prepare proposals and methodically oversee responses to RFPs
Utilize data to craft and develop sales strategies to effectively target and pitch brands
Negotiate deal terms for maximum revenue and close rate
Ability to interface with clients to build rapport, manage projects, and problem solve
Leveraging existing relationships with key people at agencies and brands
Great organization skills to track pitches, update spreadsheets, maintain contacts and calendars
Ability to create high quality presentation decks in powerpoint and/or keynote
Business savvy and able to research marketing trends for brands and track and organize entertainment releases (movie releases, game releases, etc)
Must be self-motivated, driven and able to work independently as well as part of a team
Able to work cross functionally with production teams to complete branded videos to client satisfaction
Able to use YouTube analytics and analyze data
Passionate about online video, entertainment and interested in the media biz
Knowledge of the digital advertising industry
Fluency in PowerPoint, Excel, Keynote, YouTube CMS, LinkedIn
Marketing background a plus
Knowledge of Video game industry and gaming a strong plus
Education:
Bachelor degree or higher required
