Distribution Analyst and Booker
Reports to: Director, Distribution
Job Location: Denver or Los Angeles
The Distribution Analyst and Booker, based in Denver or Los Angeles, is responsible for all heavy lifting in data analytics, spreadsheets, as well as booking within the Cinergy Booking software for the Distribution department.
Key Responsibilities
- Preparing and ideating on industry data analytics
- Heavy lifting on any Excel related reports, both Pre and Post event
- Supports all distribution staff
- Responsible for data entry of bookings into Cinergy Booking Software
-Responsible for preparation of any requested reports in and out of Cinergy Booking Software
- Maintain incoming correspondence and inquiries from potential new affiliates
-Track weekly industry theatrical grosses and report on weekends
-All other duties as identified by the distribution team.
Basic Qualifications
Entry Level
Bachelor's Degree
Expertise in Microsoft Excel and/or Access
Excellent organizational and project management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Able to handle multiple tasks and assignments
Resourceful, innovative and responsive to change
Strong computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Keynote)
Demonstrated strong quantitative, financial and analytical skills
Desired Qualifications
Familiarity with emerging digital media platforms and technology
Strong interest in film, TV content and alternative content.
Ability to work within a cross-functional team, building strong relationships across a sales/distribution organization
Entrepreneurial, creative, ''out of the box'' thinker comfortable in a flexible, fast moving environment
