Our Client based out Los Angeles, CA is actively looking to bring on a full-time Director of Office Operations to help the team pack up and move to the West Side! New year, new four-story luxury office space just a few minutes from the beach!
This is an incredible opportunity for someone with solid senior level facilities/operations experience! Responsibilities will include handling all facilities processes and procedures such as building maintenance and appearance [paint, carpets, repairs, furniture, HVAC and lighting] as well as overseeing conference rooms, mailroom and kitchen inventory. The Director of Office Operations will work closely with HR and IT to ensure compliance and most importantly spearhead ''the big move'' by managing logistics, vendors and timelines as well as setting up new cubicles/offices and amenity access [building, parking, gym] for new office space.
This is a very hands-on position that requires a tough yet personable, independent doer with a strong sense of service that is always looking to provide and improve employee experience.
Must have:
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience [preferred]
• 7 years' experience in Operations, Facilities or Office Services within Media, Entertainment or Creative environment
• Strong Management experience and sense of service and ''get it done'' mentality
• Experience working with outside vendors, budget management and contract negotiations
• Previous experience orchestrating a company move or similar [required!]
