Responsibilities
LEARNING EVENT COORDINATION
• Schedule and coordinate workshop and meeting logistics (food/catering, set-up/break-down, transportation, technology/A-V, etc.)
• Prepare and coordinate email communications for learning
• Communicate course enrollment procedures, meeting details, pre-work requirements, etc. to employees
• Communicate appropriate program details to HR, clients and vendors
• Monitor course enrollment
• Manage training materials inventory, including reproduction and distribution
• Coordinate food, set-up/break-down, transportation, technology
LEARNING SYSTEM MAINTENANCE
• Maintain systems/records for training registration, attendance, and completion/granting credit
• Manage course waitlists and add participants as openings occur
• Run related reports for management
• Educate HR Staff and clients on course catalog and course enrollment procedures
• Update course descriptions
• Communicate process and technical issues to system leads
• Collect and tabulate course evaluations
• Maintain enrollment process, including quarterly registration, compliance and reporting
• Serve as point of contact for LMS/Compliance training, assist with testing of system and training, coordinate reporting of all compliance training
ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT
• Provides administrative support in the maintenance of learning and development programs, processes and systems.
• Responsible for the administration of all learning and development related transactions (e.g., execution of vendor agreements, paying vendors, tracking budget expenditures, etc.)
• Manage CP Learning and Training Room calendars regularly and in a timely manner
• Provide general administrative assistance office support, including the purchase of office supplies, onboarding team members, etc.
CUSTOMER SERVICE
• Responds promptly to employee inquiries and assists in resolving issues regarding learning and development programs.
• Serves as the first point of contact for learning and development related inquires (e.g., program enrollment information, systems issues, etc.)
• Assesses inquiries and responds to/resolves simple to intermediate issues – escalates more complex/difficult issues.
Basic Qualifications
• 0-2 years experience in administrative, human resources or related field
• Microsoft Office software programs essential (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint)
• Customer-focused mindset
• Ability to prioritize effectively, self-starter, motivated, proactive and flexible
• Strong organizational skills, detail oriented, ability to handle multiple tasks and assignments
• Demonstrated effective time management skills to ensure all projects are completed in an effective and timely manner
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Required Education
• High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred Education
• Bachelor's degree preferred
