The Digital Marketing Coordinator role is to support the Account Management team in the development and execution of various digital marketing elements and sponsorship packages for DCI Digital networks.
Responsibilities:
1. Assist in execution of custom digital sponsorship elements; responsible for management, distribution, and storage of assets needed for sponsorship fulfillment, managing timelines, tracking live elements, reporting on custom campaign performance, etc.
2. Manage all aspects of the digital Sponsorship database(s) for assigned network Sponsorships, including management of team pipeline and wrap decks as well as upkeep of all digital storage folders and assets.
3. Maintain digital tracking documents that list sold and pending sponsor elements
4. Provide administrative support to the Account and Marketing Managers including presentation building, meeting agendas and notes, etc.
5. Working with various network departments including, Digital Editorial, Social, Creative Services, RST, Production, Sales, Ad Operations, Insights & Analytics, Audience Development, Linear Marketing, Talent, Legal, etc.
6. Maintain open communications with supervisors at all times.
7. Perform other related duties and tasks as assigned or as become evident.
Requirements:
* 1-2 years digital marketing experience
* Four-year college degree or equivalent combination of skills, training and experience. Degree in marketing/communications preferred
* Understanding of the digital landscape
* Detail oriented and comfort working with numbers (i.e. marketing budgets)
* Ability to complete projects accurately and in a timely manner
* A clear understanding of the importance of client service and professionalism
* Strong communication skills, both written and oral
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* Presentation design skills a plus
* Ability to work with other divisions, under tight deadlines, to design and execute sponsorship elements
* Must be able to adapt and respond to change and shifting business environments
* Must have the legal right to work in the US
