Method Studios currently have an opening for a Recruiting Coordinator. This position will be located in Santa Monica, CA.
SUMMARY:
The Recruiting Coordinator will assist the Recruiters with the entire recruitment process from start to finish. They will assist in many tasks such as scheduling interviews and providing candidates with a seamless interview/onboarding process.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Schedule both telephone and in-person interviews with hiring managers in multiple time zones.
• Conduct reference checks when requested to do so.
• Interact and build successful relationships with Recruiting team, Hiring Managers and senior management.
• Coordinate onboarding and new hire orientation with HR team.
• Assist in posting positions on LinkedIn and any other necessary sites.
• Develop and utilize knowledge of the marketplace and meet established reporting requirements.
• Help ensure compliance with Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) / diversity policies.
• Serve as a communication liaison for those individuals involved in the hiring process.
• Utilize a recruiting database for the sourcing and tracking of candidates.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Previous recruiting or project coordination experience in post-production / entertainment industry is a plus.
• Experience working with an HRIS like Ultipro, Workday, etc. preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable with MS Office – Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Ability to work independently, multi-task and prioritize while meeting multiple deadlines.
