We are an entertainment law firm specializing in music law with clientele consisting of A-list artists, leading managers and upper-level industry executives.
We are seeking a legal intern this spring, currently enrolled in law school, that is interested in practicing entertainment law. This internship is for class credit or experience in the entertainment and music industry. The intern must possess outstanding business etiquette (most importantly discretion) and be eager to learn. He or she should have solid experience within the music industry, excellent organizational skills, must pay strong attention to detail, and be extremely reliable.
The legal intern's responsibilities will include contract review and summary, drafting legal correspondence, reviewing and marking up various types of agreements, as well as maintaining spreadsheets for clients. He or she may also assist in legal research projects as they arise, along with answering phones as needed.
This is a great opportunity to learn how the music industry functions at a preeminent music law firm.
