Premier Multi-Room Burbank Recording Studio Seeking Hands-on operations manager
Day to Day Responsibilities include:
Handle all bookings, manage staff, develop and execute marketing strategies, administrative and bookkeeping responsibilities, Scheduling, take and follow-up on client calls, manage daily/regular facility maintenance.
The successful candidate will be a highly motivated self-starter with superb attention to detail and strong communication and customer service skills. Must have experience with the demands of a world class recording studio. Bachelor's degree (minimum associates) with 5 years of experience in recording industry, preferably studio operations, with supervisory experience and the ability to coach and train staff. Must possess strong communication skills and maintain a professional demeanor around clients, executives and artists. Familiarity with the recording process, equipment, and software is a must. Candidate must have strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook, and basic website maintenance. Excellent organizational and planning skills are a must.
