Boutique entertainment PR firm is in search of a full-time receptionist to support the company partners and business managers with administrative and office-related tasks.
Job Responsibilities Include:
-Greeting guests
-Answering incoming calls
-Assist the business managers with company billing
-Taking inventory and re-ordering necessary office supplies
-Maintaining kitchen/common areas
-Run office-related errands i.e. groceries
-Handling incoming and outgoing mail/FedEx - both international and domestic
-Serving as the main point of contact for building-related issues
-Provide assistants/publicists with general administrative and functional support
Job Requirements:
-Bachelor's Degree
-1-2 years of receptionist/office manager experience
-Proficient accounting skills
-Comfortable use of Microsoft Office
-Ideal candidate should be highly organized, responsible, professional, a team player and have outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
