Job Summary
Assist in the development and execution of Music PR campaigns.
Work closely with press, studios, artists, talent and talent representatives.
Compile client media coverage and oversee distribution.
Manage various client-related or company-related publicity documents including schedules, status reports, calendars, critics grids, reaction/quote memos, etc.
Oversee publicity materials including photos/stills, clips/trailers.
Coordinate press interviews, schedules, events, et al.
Pitch clients for potential press opportunities, draft press releases, create press kits, etc.
Conduct research as needed.
Qualifications and Skills
2-3 yrs. experience in music public relations and/or music business.
Exceptional written, verbal and organizational skills
Established contacts is a MUST
Passion for contributing to a wide variety of fast-paced PR campaigns
Attention to detail
Knowledge of Cision, Word, Excel and Office
