Brief Company Profile:
A film production company that specializes in US-China co-productions, with several feature film and television show projects in development with major US-based studios. You will join a diverse team of multicultural fresh minds striving to create unique content for US and China film markets.
Summary of Position:
Project Assistant's responsibilities include following up extensively with the company's on-going co-production film projects, assisting executives in the development and production stages of said projects.
Job Responsibilities:
-Conduct research for the pre-production stage of film projects.
-Provide administrative support for the Production/Development department.
-Create and maintain status reports for film projects.
-Compose and prepare confidential memos, correspondences, updates, meeting notes, PowerPoint presentation, and other reports as requested.
-Engage in other duties and assist with special projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
-Junior/Senior college student, recent graduates of Bachelor's Program. Preferred Major: Film/TV, Communications, Media Studies
-Native English Speaker required (Bilingual--English, Mandarin proficiency preferred)
-Demonstrated ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.
-Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
-Organized and detail oriented with the abilities to function in a demanding environment with competing and changing priorities.
-Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills with the abilities to interface with staffs, other administrators, internal and external customers, and senior management.
