NYC production company is seeking a seasoned Post Production Coordinator to start at the end of September, dates flexible by a week or two, should the right candidate apply. This position will support shows across multiple networks within the company and have the potential to extend.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Knowledge and involvement in the day to day of series and development post
- Updating department documents and making sure they are accurate
- Manage deliverables from production to post
- Update schedules and calendars for new series and adjustments for
current series as needed
- Organization & distribution of information from post servers as requested
- Liaise between production and post teams during shoots to ensure media
gets in house properly and all set docs turned in on the agreed upon
schedule and properly filled out
- Place orders & PO for post department
- Understand, delegate and oversee completion of AEs shift tasks
- Understand post workflows (field to post, ingestion, media management, show wrap out)
