Boutique Beverly Hills Entertainment Law Firm is seeking a seasoned music paralegal to handle various tasks and to work on a variety of matters for music and music related clients (music licenses/clearances, live performance agreements, staff employment agreements, and touring-related documents (e.g., talent agreements and vendor agreements), etc.
Job Requirements:
Position requires a minimum of three years of paralegal or similar professional experience in the area of entertainment transactions (with a strong preference for music related experience).
Must have exceptional interpersonal, analytical and organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work proactively, independently and manage attorney and client demands appropriately working in a fast-paced environment where deadlines are a priority and handling multiples jobs simultaneously is the norm.
Strong initiative, flexibility and being a strong and supportive member of the team, are essential. Experience at a reputable talent law firm, record label or music publisher preferred.
