Boutique talent representation law firm seeking mid-level associate lawyer. MUST come from a major law firm, with ideally 3-5 years of transactional experience. No entertainment experience necessary, but must demonstrate strong long term interest in entertainment.
Responsibilities include reviewing and negotiating talent agreements (in film, TV, and theater).
DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Current admission to the New York or California bar
- Ability to handle a varied and high-volume workload
- Excellent drafting skills and great attention to detail
- Intellectually curious self-starter with a strong work ethic.
