Los Feliz - We're a Visual Artist (Directors, Photographers, Stylists, Graphic Artists, Choreographers, etc.) Management Company that deals heavily with Fashion Films and Music Video production.
Our team is searching for an intern to join us part-time to help in various departments as we provide the individual(s) with supervised practical experience in the workplace.
We're looking for someone who would be excited to help with administrative work, as well as, contribute to Social Media/Marketing projects and Website/Design projects.
While the internship position may be be specialized, we are looking for candidates who are open to whatever might be thrown at them on a given day in our fast-paced office. (This internship position is unpaid.)
Below is a brief description of what we are looking for.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Assist with a projects focused on migrating data and improving internal databases for recommended and upcoming video shoots
- Assist in shoot logistics and coordination (runner)
- Assist staff with tasks related to transcription, Drive logs, labeling, and updating/maintain office inventories
- Assist with social media posts, help design content for website and monthly Newletters.
- Assist our team on set when there is a schedule shoot.
Preferred position requirements:
• Excellent research, writing, and communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Able to bring your own laptop to work off of
• Highly collaborative
• Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team, and take creative direction
• Experience or interest in working with talent/artists
• Interest in pop culture surrounding the arts (ie: music, film, photography, graphic design, choreography)
• Understanding of established social media and emerging platforms.
• Interest and enthusiasm for video production
• Experience in various aspects of video production
• Experience in Adobe Suite, Microsoft Office would be ideal
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Understanding of established social media and emerging platforms.
• Flexible schedule including the ability to work evenings or weekend on set when necessary.
• Video shoots / photoshoots are approximately twice a month with the hours required for the event credited to your office hour
requirement for that week.
