Music venue in Brooklyn is seeking interns and street teamers to work at our location in Williamsburg 2 days a week starting second week of September. The person should have an interest in music, PR and marketing and be able to hand out flyers and put up posters at least one of those days a week.
Description:
Assisting with marketing upcoming events, shows, and concerts
Assisting with creating press releases, press lists, submitting event listings
Scheduling tweets using TweetDeck for upcoming shows throughout the week + new show announcements
Street teaming- putting up posters and flyers around Brooklyn for upcoming shows as well as handing out flyers at other targeted shows
Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Drop Box and Google Drive
Knowledge of Social Media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram (+ instagram stories)
Some graphic design knowledge (i.e. Photoshop, Illustrator or other)
Free tickets to shows, college credit if needed
First serve for selling merchandise at shows
