Production company in Burbank seeks full-time assistant to support two C-Level executives.
Must be able to thrive in fast-paced environments with a good attitude, juggle multiple tasks, and wear many hats. Must have a passion for live music, working with talent, and possess a strong interest in both the TV/Film and Music industries.
Main responsibilities include heavy scheduling of multiple calendars, managing personal and business to-do lists, arranging travel, filing and organizing documents, and other general administrative and personal tasks.
Other responsibilities include digital asset management, on-set production support for shoots and events, event planning/logistics, and assistance with accounting and budget management.
