We are looking for a top-notch Executive Assistant for the President and CEO of a notable celebrity family office with a collection of businesses including a talent management agency, new media business and consumer products companies. Our team serves as the business and strategy HQ for all of the family's personal, business and financial needs as well as being a critical support and enabler for their creative and professional ambitions.
We are looking for someone with exceptional discipline, integrity, and organizational capabilities and who understands the nuances of working at the crossroads of media, entertainment, and finance.

Executive Assistant Roles and Responsibilities
The Executive Assistant is an integral role that will help to manage the logistics, meetings, special projects, network and information flow of a complex (and growing) media and business enterprise. We are looking for someone who is sharp, proactive and knows how to comport themselves with a broad array of partners, employees and stakeholders, from creative talent to C-suite executives; someone who can significantly enhance our productivity and contribute to the success for our team.
Responsibilities:
• Complete critical deliverables with a hands-on approach, including drafting acknowledgement letters, personal correspondence, meeting documentation and other tasks that facilitate the President/CEO's ability to effectively lead.
• Prioritize conflicting needs; handle matters expeditiously, proactively, and follow-through on projects to successful completion, often with deadline pressures.
• Participate as an adjunct member of the Executive Team where required, assist in scheduling and attending certain meetings where note taking is required.
• Assist in coordinating the agenda of senior management team meetings and off-sites
• Ensure that the President/CEO's bio is kept updated and respond to requests.
• Maintain company records/document sharing and proactively help to manage CRM and project management systems.
• Selective research projects around topics of importance to the executive agenda
Requirements:
• 3+ years working in an administrative, managerial office or executive assistant capacity.
• Deep respect for confidentiality. Lives the core value of discretion.
• Strong detail orientation, ability to manage information (calendars, requests, projects) and bring clarity and order to a broad portfolio of meetings, projects and initiatives.
• Experience working in close working environments with multiple cross-functional partners, and ensuring successful delivery for all parties involved
• Good judgement and interpersonal skills, cool under pressure, adaptable and resilient
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Team player, someone with a proven ability to work cross-functionally
• Ability to set priorities, problem-solve and multi-task in a rapidly changing environment
• Passion for creative industries, media and finance
• Ability to professionally engage with all types of creative, executive and top talent
• Bachelor's Degree or relevant work experience
