New York Based Film and TV production company is seeking an Executive Assistant for a Top Level Executive. The ideal candidate should be a highly motivated quick-thinker who works well under pressure. This is an administrative position which requires outstanding multi-tasking skills.
Role Responsibilities:
• Heavy phone management (answering phones, taking messages, etc.)
• Coordinate meetings (internal and external meeting scheduling and logistics)
• Manage travel calendar
• Travel on occasion
• Prepare expense reports
• Write business letters
• Special projects as needed
Requirements:
BA/BS or equivalent experience required
Must have at least 2 years of relevant administrative experience within the entertainment industry
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
Must be flexible and adaptable and able to work long hours
Must possess strong organizational and communication skills
Must possess the ability to pay close attention to detail and accuracy, have the ability to meet deadlines, and be able to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously
