DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Very fast-paced position; must be able to work quickly and accurately
High volume work, must multi-task all day
Needs to be highly organized
Scheduling conference calls daily
Hours are 930-630
A firm understanding of the entertainment industry
Experience at agencies or working with agents is preferred
Need to be able to talk to high level clients and their assistants
Will do some digital filing and paper filing
50% of work is personal in nature (making travel arrangements, restaurant reservations, etc.)
