Preeminent boutique entertainment law firm seeks an organized, detail oriented team player for an entertainment paralegal position, with an emphasis on strong drafting skills. The individual will act as the primary point of contact for various production company clients with exposure to unscripted / reality, documentary-style and scripted programs. Responsibilities will include drafting talent and employment agreements, development agreements and various production forms and documents; reviewing and negotiating location agreements, appearance releases and similar production-related agreements; and providing substantive legal support across a variety of programs. Candidates must possess strong communication skills and have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple deadlines and coordinate shifting priorities between various clients. Candidates will need to exercise good judgment while maintaining strict confidentiality on high profile matters. Experience in production and/or contract administration valued. Role not intended for attorneys.
