Full Time Job
Key Responsibilities include:
• Supervise planning and execution and measurement of digital, social media and influencer programs and campaigns
• Develop strategic recommendation for Influencers on social, specifically with Instagram
• Support and guide brands to identify specific objectives and priorities, define primary activation platform and role of social influencer
• This role will lead development of immersive digital, social media and influencer strategies
• Provide a best-in-class experience for our work in the social and influencer marketing space
• Build strong relationships with creators across the digital landscape, inclusive of all relevant social platforms
• Identify and recruit new creators to the network that are aligned closely with our brand and sponsorship objectives
• Estimate ROI and conversion impact of deliverables vs. budget (ex, impressions, engagement rate, etc.)
• Facilitate the negotiation and execution of brand campaigns for partnered content creators
• Collaborate with internal Strategy/Ops Team leaders to chart the future course of the program
Qualifications:
• Success in motivating and fostering a collaborative, results-driven cross-disciplinary organization
• Relevant experience across key social media properties including, namely Instagram
• Experience in digital media, talent/artist relations, public relations and/or marketing
• Content distribution expertise spanning owned, earned, and paid digital channels
• Familiarity with back-end publishing and platform and analytics tools (i.e. Instagram insights)
• Demonstrated ability to juggle scope and resources to meet deadlines consistently
• Proven relationships with top digital talent and influencers
• Demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to grow a book of business and expand a team
• 7-10 years of experience in the digital media space required, particularly working with clients and developing business within a digital, public relations, or advertising/integrated marketing agency
• 5+ years of experience managing direct reports and a track record of mentoring a diverse team of digital specialists
