Contract Attorney - FT Hire Potential
Boutique music entertainment law firm seeking a contract attorney with a minimum of two years of experience working for a firm or in-house representing music artists, producers, songwriters and/or record labels. Definite potential to turn into a full time, permanent position.
Must be a self-starter, detail-oriented, passionate and be able to work independently and flexibly within the needs of the firm. The ability to precisely draft and review (and understand) common industry legal documents is essential (i.e. producer agreements, side artist agreements, synchronization licenses, sample use licenses and recording agreements). While some training can and will be provided over time, the right candidate would be able to dive into some standard work from the start, already having the basic foundation.
Relevant entertainment experience is required for consideration. Ability to work remotely. Salary commensurate with experience.
