Film production company seeking a development assistant.
This position requires English & Mandarin proficiency (reading, writing, and speaking) and attention to details.
Job Responsibilities:
-Research for development and pre-production on multiple projects
-Provide administrative support for the Production/Development department
-Script coverage
-Create pitch decks
-Compose and prepare confidential memos, correspondences, updates, meeting notes, and other reports as requested
-Discretion when handling confidential and sensitive information
-Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Proficiency with Keynote is a plus.
-Organized and detail oriented with priorities constantly shifting in a creative and demanding atmosphere
-Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills with the abilities to interface with executives
