Position Title: Associate Creative Asset Manager

Location: Burbank, CA
This position reports to the Director, Creative Strategy in tandem with the Media Team.
Role Purpose: We are looking for an organized and flexible, Associate Media Asset Manager who possesses great communication skills, is a team player, and understands video and display creatives. You will have the opportunity to be a part of an amazing team working closely with clients and internal teams such as Media Activation, Digital Analytics and Media Operations. We are looking for someone who excels at asset management, project management and multitasking to keep the team informed of new digital assets and creative rotations.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform pre/post launch platform QA to ensure the right assets are running in the right line items/ad sets & click out to the proper destination URLs
Support media, platform and ops team in day-to-day management of creative requirements, deliverables and timelines
Attend daily and weekly team status meetings and identify launch dates for all campaigns and asset delivery due dates
Start communication with client for asset needs per the Media Plan
Start Internal communication with team to align on Media Plan approval, launch date and asset needs
Serve as communications liaison between Client teams and internal members
Manage client expectations on timing and activation
Communicate video asset status to the client for all platforms
Manage and Track creative rotation schedules
Manage, and deliver video and display assets to the media & ops teams, creative agencies and digital media publishers
Create, track and manage grids for social needs
Continuously update specs based on latest media plan
Evaluate digital marketing plans and align content against media plan and spec due dates
Ensure timely delivery of specs to meet launch schedules with Media team
Able to work with tight timelines, large volume of work, and have a thick skin
Key Qualifications:
Bachelors' degree from an accredited college or university
2-4 years experience working as project coordinator or managing creative assets -
Must have worked in Paid Media and understand the logistics of QA'ing and platform testing
Must have experience with Facebook Business Manager and understanding the breakdown of social units
Must be passionate about digital media and the role that creative plays in the digital media space
Familiar with the digital ads trafficking process is preferred (Atlas, Facebook Power Business Manager, Snapchat, DCM, MediaMind)
Well-versed in the Microsoft Office suite specifically, Word and Excel
Professional client communication, both written and verbal
Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize responsibilities
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and occasionally over the weekend
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Self-motivated, but also can work well in a team
Ability to proactively organize daily tasks
Keen problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
