Elite NY-based talent management company representing high-level clients in film, television and theatre looking for a organized and detail oriented assistant with a strong passion for the entertainment industry and a particular interest in talent management. The assistant will work in a small yet extremely fast paced office environment with great exposure to all areas of the entertainment industry. Ideal candidate has experience in a management company or agency. Must be self-starter with superior critical thinking skills. Position starts immediately in NYC.
Responsibilities include (but not limited to):
• Administrative responsibilities include scheduling appointments, draft letters, maintain databases as well as client support.
• Maintaining highly detailed and accurate calendar for Office and clients; daily awareness of all relevant client activities
• Rolling calls and maintaining phone sheet and call list; must have excellent phone demeanor and be able to manage high call-volumes.
